The BelleVue is a Gulf Front 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome located in the Seacliffs Community on beautiful Cape San Blas, FL. Seacliffs is a family friendly, gated community located at the north end of the Cape near the St. Joseph’s Peninsula State Park. There is a community pool, children's playground and a private walkway over the dunes to the amazing white sand beaches and inviting waters of the Gulf of America.

BelleVue has been fully renovated inside and out with new paint, flooring, cabinets, new appliances, quartz countertops, new furniture (including new beds) and decor. Each floor has a large deck overlooking the Gulf. Each bedroom has a Roku TV with guest mode so you can stream your favorite shows.

The main floor has a half bath, well stocked kitchen and bright open living room that leads out to the large wooden deck. The living room has a 50 inch Smart TV and blow up mattress.

On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, double vanity and a stacked laundry unit. The oceanfront room features a king sized bed and a private balcony. The bay side bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a large bay window with peeks of the bay.

The 3rd floor features a king sized bed, en suite bathroom with large shower and walk in closet. Relax on the private balcony with expansive ocean views.

A beach cart and beach chairs are available for use during your stay. There is a new gas grill on the lower level. Beach campfires are permitted!
