 Plenty of room for your kids to play and your pets (2 dog max) to run around.

This home has it all, including one of the best 1st tier views on the cape! Only 300' from the beach, you can take a quiet stroll and watch the dolphins play. Comb the beach for that perfect shell, build sandcastles, or go fishing—the possibilities are endless! Love the water but don't like the sand Relax at our private pool (can not be heated), which is the largest in the community. At the end of the day, slow down and watch the sunset from 5 different rooms, or from 2 different porches. 

The nautical decor and the warm, comfortable atmosphere makes you feel right at home. All new electronics including a 65' LCD flat screen TV in the living area and 43" flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. New large-capacity washer and dryer, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, etc. Seating for 12 in the dining room/kitchen. Adults can enjoy privacy upstairs on the 3rd floor in three separate bedrooms, while children can have their own area with bunk beds on the ground floor. There is also a daybed in the third floor sitting area for larger families. 

From the fully equipped kitchen, to the private sitting area with a picture window facing the ocean on the 3rd floor, this house is furnished with any and everything you could possibly need, including kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, & wagon. The amenities and proximity to the beach make “Seabreeze” the perfect place to escape—either for a fun-filled week with friends and family, or a relaxing getaway for that couple in need of some time alone.
