Nestled up to the state park and surrounded by water, it is the perfect place for a nature lovers explorations. Boating, restaurants & other diversions are only minutes away, yet many of our guests never leave Barrier Dunes.
Play tennis, swim in the pools, sunbath on the beach while watching the ever-changing scenes, fish, crab, stir up a card game or read till your hearts content.
Pet lovers are overjoyed at being able to bring along fido, especially those who like to make an extended stay with us.
We know what it is like not to have what you need when you're on vacation! We try and provide as many of these extras a possible so you are focused on your vacation, family and fun and not on the basics! We met a man who taught us about salt water fishing and even gave us a rod and reel. We had good seafood at the Indian Pass Raw Bar and then again at Papa Joe’s Oyster Bar in Apalachicola.

Happy Labor Day! We have returned home from Cape San Blas & are all extremely sad our mini vacation is over. We LOVED it! The condo was great & had all the amenities we needed. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back again soon. I’ve already recommended my Mom & sister call you for their next beach trip! I couldn’t say enough great things about the location & the complex.

Great Amenities.
Thank you for a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay there. I really like how you have everything, or almost everything, to make a stay easy and welcoming. All the beach toys, towels, soap (laundry and dish soap), it was nice not having to bring everything.
Anyway, thanks again. This is one of the few places I am really considering coming back to.

I met a friend at Barrier Dunes, Turtle Tracks for a mini vacation and I cannot say how pleased we both were with what was offered to us.
I am used to packing in a crate all needed supplies, Dish soap, Laundry soap, salt and pepper, and all other needed items to make a vacation condo home friendly. With Turtle Track nothing extra was needed, I did not even take my crate out of the trunk. I have been coming to Cape San Blas for 25 years and Wendy at Cape Escape has been the easiest agent to deal with and her condos are perfect for a mini or longer vacation.
The beach is perfect and of course, if you travel to Saint Joe’s State park the bay is just as enjoyable. Thank you Cape Escape my friend, and family will be coming back in years to come!

Beach Time!
Turtle Tracks Townhome was perfect! It had everything we needed to enjoy the week. A view of the ocean from the master bedroom upstairs. Not too far to walk to the beach. Our grandson enjoyed the pool. Our dog enjoyed the walks. We hope to return some day to enjoy it again.

Michael Didn't take the Cape's Beauty
CSB is beautiful! Despite the destruction from Michael, it is still beautiful. If you are wondering should you come to CSB right now, I say yes! I am so glad that we did. We were not hindered and were able to do everything that we planned to do on a beach vacation. We had a great time staying in Wendy's unit. The unit is everything described and then some. Check-in is easy, communication is superb, and her cleaning staff is a top notch team.

Turtle Tracks is a little slice of heaven on Cape San Blas! The home is immaculate and has everything you need and more. It offers a nice view of the gulf which is just a few steps away. The best part was being able to bring our dog who got acclimated to her surroundings right away. The communication with Wendy was amazing as she responded immediately to all my questions and was willing to go above and beyond to make our stay in the home wonderful. The grounds are well-kept and the beach and gulf are just beautiful! This is our new "happy place" and we can't wait to go back again and again.

This condo was in the perfect location from both the beach and pool. It was quiet and peaceful. The condo itself was well stocked and clean. There were beach chairs, toys, and a beach cart. We have stayed at Barrier Dunes annually for the past 10 years and Turtle Tracks was one of the best units we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed in Turtle Tracks for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and the home was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Tracks. The area was amazing between the quiet retreats in nature and the beautiful ocean. Everybody was so friendly. We happened to be staying at the same time as the property manager and she was so kind! It felt great to know we had a friend at the Cape. We brought our one-year-old daughter with us and it was so nice to have some of the comforts of home. Just about anything we needed was provided, including a high chair and pack n play. The only thing I wish I packed was a baby gate because of the stairs. Just a heads up for anyone coming with small children. We will definitely be back.
