MELLOW YELLOW is one of the newest gulf front houses on Cape San Blas. If you are looking for a big house with spacious bedrooms and panoramic views, this is the house for you. This is the perfect house for big families or lots of friends, or both. The main, outdoor deck is oversized with a private pool, gas grill, panoramic views, and plenty of space to tan or sit in the shade. The main living area has panoramic views with lots of windows overlooking the gulf. The 3 king suites have their own private balconies overlooking the gulf. The other 4 bedrooms also have amazing views of the water. Mellow Yellow is in the highly desired Seagrass Subdivision.
