MELLOW YELLOW is one of the newest gulf front houses on Cape San Blas. If you are looking for a big house with spacious bedrooms and panoramic views, this is the house for you. This is the perfect house for big families or lots of friends, or both. The main, outdoor deck is oversized with a private pool, gas grill, panoramic views, and plenty of space to tan or sit in the shade. The main living area has panoramic views with lots of windows overlooking the gulf. The 3 king suites have their own private balconies overlooking the gulf. The other 4 bedrooms also have amazing views of the water. Mellow Yellow is in the highly desired Seagrass Subdivision. There are no houses to obstruct views to the north or south making the views of the water spectacular. Every bedroom is big and spacious and each bedroom has it's own private bath. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV to accommodate each guest. Mellow Yellow has a brand new boardwalk to the beach and the pool is heated!

Floor Plan: Ground floor – 1/2 bath, outdoor shower. 1st floor - Bedroom 1 – gulf view bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with bathtub/shower combo and double vanity. Living area, Dining area, and oversized kitchen with island seating 3 and counter bar seating 5. Dining area has oversized table which will accommodate 16 guests. Laundry room and half bath. 2nd floor - Bedroom 2 – gulf front master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the gulf, full bath with oversized shower and double vanity, . Bedroom 3 – gulf front master suite with king bed, flat screen TV, balcony overlooking the gulf, and full bath with garden tub overlooking the gulf and separate oversized shower with double vanity. Bedroom 4 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 – gulf view bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Top floor - Bedroom 6 – Giant gulf front master suite with panoramic views of the gulf and private balcony. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and full marble bath with jacuzzi tub overlooking the gulf and separate, oversized shower. Bedroom 7 – Kid's bedroom with 2 twin size bunk beds sleeps 4, sleeper sofa, 3 bean bags, flat screen TV, Xbox, DVD, VCR and full bath with oversized shower and a great view of the gulf.

There is also a community pool and clubhouse that is available to each guest. The driveway is oversized and big enough to accommodate at least 8 cars and a boat or trailer etc.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mellow Yellow! House is fabulous and the views are priceless! Private boardwalk to the beach is amazing! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We loved the large bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect place for families to relax and unwind from the busyness of life. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing beachfront home

We had a wonderful stay at Mellow Yellow. The home (and kitchen) had everything we needed and more. I can't say enough about location!! The Sea Grass community is highly sought after for a reason and Mellow Yellow is beachfront with private board walk and incredible views. We had two large families during our stay and were thrilled with so many bathrooms and large bedrooms as well as plenty of seating inside and out. We've stayed numerous times on the Cape and this is our favorite house by far. Thanks Mellow Yellow!! We hope to be back soon.

Absolute Perfection!!

This is our 2nd year staying at Mellow Yellow and it never disappoints. You can see from the pictures that it's gorgeous and plenty of space, so I will leave the reviews that people really want to see. Its beach and gulf front, no obstructed views to the left or the right, gorgeous sunsets, private boardwalk, one of the largest beach areas in front of the house, house in gated community at the end of a culdesac, not close to public beach area, comfy beds, amazing AC unit, and so much more. There is a rinsing area when you come off the beach on the bottom floor and an outdoor shower. Our group ranged from a 8yr old, teens, young adults, 30s & 40s, and 70 yr olds and it was perfect for everyone. The boardwalk has access from every door of the house, my 70yr old parents had no problems walking down to the beach and the elevator was perfect for them. The pool was great too and came in handy for the little one and teens when they wanted a break from the beach. There is everything you need to cook with in the fully stocked kitchen. There is also an ice maker that you can use to fill up coolers and an additional fridge/wine cooler where you can put your adult beverages so you don't take up space in the fridge. There is enough parking for at least 7 vehicles comfortably. I have recommended this place to so many people. We have been coming to the Cape for the last 10 years and this is the best house that we have stayed in. Plus, the owner is also so easy to work with. She checks in once we arrive to make sure everything is OK and to see if there is anything else she can do. She's always just a text or phone call away and doesn't mind one bit. She takes pride in her property and with being an exceptional host. We will definitely be staying again next year. Don't miss out, trust me.. BOOK IT!!
