Welcome to Blue Skyes Bay View Townhouse in Barrier Dunes resort!  Both exterior decks look out to the blue water of the bay! Enjoy the view unobstructed bay any buildings.
Interior has been completely redone and is ready for your vacation!

New furniture in living room an entertainment big screen tv and movies and games. Sleeper sofa and lots of comfy chairsmake this the perfect place to regroup after a day on the beach. The dining area seats 6 with two more at the breakfast bar. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen makes it the perfect place to whip up those family meals. 
Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed, tv and lovely bay view off the private deck. Large master bath with glass enclosed shower ,separate tub and two sinks. The guest bed room has a queen size bed,tv and private bath. It also has a nice deck with view of the play ground. Two extra blow up beds are perfect for extra kiddos!
Two pools, uncrowded beach,tennis and fishing lakes make Barrier Dunes resort the place for fun!
Blue Skyes Townhouse  provides everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation, chairs ,umbrella and beach cart and toys! Bring everyone and the family dog too. Our beaches and resort are dog friendly!

Great Townhouse on Cape San Blas

This is our second year staying at Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes in this same townhouse. It is spacious, clean, well stocked, and includes a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella (among other beach items). Any hurricane damage to this townhouse has been completely repaired and our stay was just as nice, or nicer, than before the hurricane in fall 2018. The complex and beach are very dog friendly. Great sunrises can be seen from the townhouse overlooking the bay. The owner is very nice, hospitable and easy to rent from. We plan to return to this same townhouse again next year!

Home away from home

Another great stay in the townhouse. Very neat, clean and tastefully decorated. This is my third time staying here and it is comfortable and has everything you’ll need for your stay. The owner is great, very nice and always available for questions. Definitely recommend this place to stay. It’s on the back side of barrier dunes but still just steps away from the beach and the sunrise on your balcony every morning is worth getting up for. Thanks again for allowing us to stay here.
