Best House on the Cape
This makes our 4th year staying at Sea Salt and we won't stay anywhere else. 3 couples rent every year and all of our kids cycle through when they can. Plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs is fabulous for our big groups whether for eating all together or playing games. The top deck is the prime location for coffee in the morning. We dolphin watch just about every morning. The bedrooms a large, plenty of room to unpack and enjoy the week. The elevator is God send & back saver for all the food we bring. The house odds stocked with anything you could possibly need or forgot to bring. We love this house because of the memories we make, the closeness to PSJ, restaurants and groceries. It just doesn't get any better than this!! Working with the owner is the easiest of anywhere we've ever rented. She's always available for questions or suggestions and has literally become a great friend. Loyal rebookers for life!!

​Two Family Trip
We rented Sea Salt for Spring Break 2025 with one other family and had a great trip. We had a total of 4 adults and 7 kids and we had room to spare. The house had everything you could need and the owners did a great job communicating with regard to both arrival and departure.

​A Great March Spring Break
This home was great. It's on a quiet dead end street in the middle of the Cape. Home is close to beach (2 minutes walk to water) and has a beautiful view of ocean from 2nd & 3rd floors (with evening sighting of dolphins). The beach & home were dog friendly for our Golden Retriever which he also loved. Also the beach is nice white soft sand with lots of sea shells with kept children busy every day. The pool was also great being clear/clean & heated well during our March visit. The home still looks brand new and is well decorated & furnished throughout. Lots of appliances for cooking and plenty of pool & beach toys for children along with lots of beach chairs. We had no issues during our 7 night stay. The owner was great to work with on questions, payments & deposit return. Our adult children & grandchildren loved it and much prefer this location vs Panama City to Destin area which were our normal beach vacations. We already rebooked here for next year.

​January Escape
My husband and I have made Cape San Blas our January escape for the last 9 years. This was the first time we stayed at Sea Salt and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The view of the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico were just breathtaking. The house is beautiful and set up very nicely for multiple guests. The owners were quick to respond to any issues that arose and had them resolved quickly. Will definitely book this home again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

​A Wonderful Home for All Ages
We just returned from a week on Cape San Blas and were fortunate enough to stay Sea Salt. The home is beautifully decorated and gives you the 'beach" vibe from the moment you step inside. The top floor was our gathering spot each evening and having a table large enough to accommodate all 14 of us was great as we used the well stocked kitchen to prepare our evening meals. The 2nd refridgerator was a life saver for our large group! The added bonus of chairs, bikes, outside games, and kayaks was amazing and cut down on our packing. The booking process was a breeze. The owner is a dream to work with and is super responsive to any questions that might come up. You won't regret bringing your family to Sea Salt!

​Multi-generational Vacation
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Cape San Blas with our grown children and their families. Sea Salt perfectly accommodated our group of 10, including 3 teens and 1 pre-teen. The layout was perfect allowing everyone to have their own space while also providing a nice big kitchen, dining and living areas for group gatherings. As an older retired couple that includes one with mobility issues, we appreciated the elevator access. The sunset views from the deck were amazing and we all enjoyed the pool. The pool even includes bench seating that make it easier for elderly people to enjoy. The pool closet with all the chairs, beach and pool supplies was an added bonus. We would highly recommend Sea Salt to others. The owner was great to work with and quick with responses.

​Perfect way to start the New Year!
My large family of 6 (plus dogs) fell instantly in love with Sea Salt. My husband and I enjoyed the gulf view, easy access to the beach for long walks with the dogs, surf fishing, and dolphin watching. Having all the beach chairs, toys, towels etc provided was an extra bonus as we didn't have to bring them with us. My older teenagers loved the space. Often, family vacations for them include sharing rooms and making sacrifices with bathroom access. At Sea Salt they each had their own king bed and private bathroom. My oldest spent most of the time stretched out on her bed with the balcony doors open listening to the ocean. My second oldest enjoyed her privacy but as a budding naturalist spent hours exploring the local flora and fauna. My younger two loved the beach and heated pool. They quickly developed a beach, pool, beach, pool routine. They were super excited about the bunk room, because they both got to have a top bunk. Overall, the house is laid out and decorated with relaxation and family in mind. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. We would highly recommend a stay at Sea Salt.

​Great House, Great location
We stayed at Sea Salt in August of 2020 as a safe haven from Covid. The property is just beautiful. The pool was clean and wonderful. The closet by the pool was filled with toys, beach chairs and sea kayaks. It was absolutely amazing. Becky is so easy to work with and cares so much about making sure her home has everything you need. The ability to park two cars, even a giant SUV under the house to load up was great. We loved it so much, we're going back this August. We can't wait!

​Cape San Blas Perfection
Cape San Blas Perfection Sea Salt is a spacious brand new home with amazing views of the gulf. Our group ranged in age from 15 to 87 and we all loved the home. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of room to cook and feed 12 of us. The pool was a nice break from the beach. The boardwalk made access easy and there is a park very close for us to take a beach permitted golf cart out. The owners provide chairs, kayaks and more.
