Living room features a 65" Roku 4K Smart TV, and each bedroom is equipped with 43" Roku Smart TVs. Upstairs features two bedrooms (one King, one Queen), a laundry area with washer and dryer and a stairway leading to the super loft; the perfect retreat for kids, equipped with two twin beds. High-speed internet keeps you connected!
At ground level is a carport with ample parking and you'll find beach chairs and toys in the guest closet, an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and even a dog-washing station! We also offer a beach cart, and a cooler and our kichen is extremely weel equipped.
Amenities abound at Barrier Dunes! Pickleball and tennis courts, stocked ponds with lots of friendly turtles and catfish, two pools and a clubhouse and of course the beautiful beach are just steps away. This is a wonderful, family and dog friendly community at the serene North end of the Cape. Enjoy!

Enjoyed our stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condominium complex is very nice and well maintained. The condo itself is well maintained and comes with everything you need to cook dinners and entertain kids with games. It has a nice patio that overlooks the lake. The complex itself is a great place to walk your dogs, as it offers many Pet stations around the complex. I would definitely stay in this cndo again. The communication with the homeowners was excellent during our stay. Nothing bad to report.

Perfect Location
This is a great area to stay in. It's a gated community, and we often leave things in the carport area without a second thought. Two pools help on the rough seas, double reds, for the kids to be entertained. The turtles in the pond were fun to watch, and there were several bags of food provided to feed them. I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Cape San Blas. If more than one family is visiting, I would recommend that everyone find a location within this community.
