With all this I saved the best for last. You can still have bonfires (can you say oyster roasts!) on the beach and even ride horses with the local stables. We have fished right in front of our home, caught dinner, and then cooked it on the beach. This is definitely old Florida with beautiful sand and water as well as complete relaxation. You are going to LOVE IT!

Highly Recommend!
Our stay was wonderful. The location of the beach with the unobstructed view was enjoyed every morning drinking my coffee off the screened-in porch. The Trading Post was so close we rode our bikes. Scheduling and the property management company were very friendly and easy. We would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing!
This house is amazing. It's very close to the beach, and has lots of toys, chairs and beach accessories if you need them. The best feature for us, was the fenced-in doggie area with the doggie door. That thing was a lifesaver for us. Being 3 stories, you will get your steps in, which was good for us on vacation. We're going back next year! :)-Jeff and Sheila-Illinois

This house is amazing. It's very close to the beach, and has lots of toys, chairs and beach accessories if you need them. The best feature for us, was the fenced-in doggie area with the doggie door. Our family of 7 plus 2 small dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms! We LOVED the screened in patios and seating options, the non-crowded beach and appreciated all of the special touches to the home. The trundle pull-out bed was not functional but there was a mattress available and our teen had no problem sleeping well on it. We also had brought an air mattress just in case but did not end up needing to use it so this did not negatively affect our stay in any way. The kitchen has more than I expected and we loved grilling food and watching the sunset. The seashells were unique and plentiful which is a huge plus for us when we go to the beach. I would 100% recommend staying here! You cannot beat this location if you are seeking a tranquil and beautiful getaway.

his is a wonderful home right on the beach. It is very private but also close to everything you need on the cape. We enjoyed spending our days playing on the beach in front of the house and evenings relaxing on the screen porches and watching the sunsets. The inside was immaculate and updated, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even had tons of beach toys, floats, beach chairs, and tents to use during our stay. We will definitely plan to come back next year!

Our stay at sandy bottoms beach house was amazing the view is stunning from pretty much anywhere in the house and Kyle the host was super helpful and responsive and we already have another trip planned in September to come back!! Best beach house we have ever stayed in!

Sandy Bottoms is one of the best locations on the cape. With incredible beach and ocean views, sounds of wave crashing at night and the incredible home makes the stay so worth it. The property is in a perfect spot as it is close to the cape trading post and Weber’s donuts (must get if you are staying in the cape). The house itself is everything advertised and then some. The furniture is so comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and amenities you need, washer and dryer, and did I already mention the sounds of the ocean all day!? What an amazing place to stay.
