The private walkway over the dunes to the white sand and beautiful gulf waters makes the almost private beach easily accessible.
The main living area is open and spacious allowing for Gulf Views from wherever you are in the room.  The main living area features a gas fireplace, a 55” smart TV, a wet bar featuring a beverage cooler and a 35 lb. ice machine.  The large, open kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large pantry fully stocked with small appliances and other supplies. 
The kitchen has a large island with 4 bar stools and a separate dining area seating 12. The living space opens to a beautiful 15-foot-wide deck with comfortable, high quality Pottery Barn mahogany furniture. The screened in dining area of the deck seats 8 and makes for a wonderful place for a sunset meal. 
This home sleeps 13. The Master King suite is on the top floor with 2 additional Master King Suites on the 2nd floor. There is a 2nd Living Space with 55" Smart TV and Kitchenette that comes with Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Keurig and Coffee Maker. One Queen bedroom with a day bed and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, complete the sleeping accommodations. 
Each floor has an oversized laundry room with full sized washers and dryers, a drying rack, iron and ironing board, dust buster and full-sized vacuum cleaner. The home is equipped with 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters to ensure that the home will have the hot water capacity that is needed. 
"Sea of Joy" gulf front area has almost 300 feet of wide-open beach with no homes to the immediate north or south. This home is located just down the street from Scallop Cove convenience store, gas station and Beach Planet retail store for all your beach wear needs. Take a short drive into downtown Port St. Joe to enjoy other shopping and locally owned restaurants or take a little trip to the surrounding areas of Indian Pass, Apalachicola and St George Island to name a few.
